Ayeteyef Development Organization is a vibrant, women-led non-profit, secular, and nonpartisan indigenous civil society organization established in July 2024. We are dedicated to empowering women and youth to advocate for gender equality and social justice. Founded by a passionate group of women and men, our mission is to address the complex social, economic, and political challenges faced by women and youth in Ethiopia.

At Ayeteyef, we focus on generating meaningful opportunities, advancing social justice, and conducting comprehensive research to understand the barriers women and youth face. Through targeted interventions and strong advocacy for human rights, we strive to uplift and motivate every woman and young person, ensuring access to resources and support for personal and collective growth. Our approach emphasizes sustainable development and community empowerment, guiding us toward a more equitable and just future for all.
